Repointing
Based on a standard Victorian terrace front elevation. Larger or more complex properties quoted individually.
Chimney repointing
Labour guide price. Flaunching, materials and scaffold access are set out in your written quote.
Brick cleaning
Dependent on staining type, brick condition and the cleaning method required.
Tuck pointing
A specialist, labour-intensive finish. Most suited to Georgian and early Victorian brickwork.
Brick tinting
Highly variable depending on area, number of colours and access requirements.
Helifix crack repairs
Structural work assessed individually following inspection. An engineer’s report may be required.
